LMS

When I began my role in October this is what the LMS page looked like. There was only one active course and it was a Virtual Live Session held every other month.

By February, I had created several pages in the LMS. Content became organized by BU and Role. I am now working on further specificity--allowing some content to be organized by Region. We went from 0 eLearning courses to over 70 in less than 10, months. We also began to host the monthly BU training sessions. Those recordings get posted after the fact so they can be revisited, so in reality, we have 105 eLearning courses. (and counting 😉)!
