Onboarding

Onboarding starts well in advance of the start date.

I implement several different strategies and utilize multiple tools to effectively connect with all our new hires around the world.

Much of our onboarding is completed as eLearning courses. I created 15 of the 17 onboarding courses and curated all other content, including videos, scheduling widget, activity wheel, and the learner menu (not pictured).
